Tasting notes:
This wine presents a strong garnet red color, with sweet fruit aroma, along with stewed fruit, ripe plum, and vanilla flavors. It is full-bodied, smooth, with round tannins and long-lasting taste.
Vinification:
Fermented in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, followed by Maceration.
Maturation:
Matured in French oak barrels and American oak barrels for 6 months and in bottles for 8 month.
Suggestions:
It is suggested to be served at 18 to 20º C. Recommended to pair with game dishes like partridge or pigeons, as well as cheeses.
