Shipping policy

• Free local delivery is available for orders over HK$600 within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, excluding outlying island. For orders under $600, we charge $50 for local delivery.
• Deliveries are made from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. from Mon to Fri. We will contact you via email / text message to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store Pickup

• You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse: Unit E1, 5/F., Block A, Tung Chun Industrial Building, 9-11 Cheung Wing Road, Kwai Chung

Returns

• We want you to be happy! If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase from Just Wine, we offer a 14-day return policy under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you have any questions.
