Infinitae Douro Reserva Tinto DOC 2007

This wine was produced in the Douro Region from the Caste: Touriga Nacional, Touriga France & Sousao. Stage for 15 months originated a wine with matured wild fruit with chocolate- and coffee-flavored hints. Ideal to accompany red and game animal meats.

Alcohol: 14% vol.
 
Tasting notes:
Ruby Color wine with red fruit aroma. Soft in mouth, full-bodied, pleasant balance and long lasting aftertaste.

Vinification:
Manual vinification for 20 kilogram wooden boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature for 1 month.

Maturation:
15 months in French New Oak Wood and stainless steel vats. 

Suggestions:
It is suggested to be served at 16 to 18º C.Recommended to pair with red or game meat dishes.
